For professional firms

Keep professional judgment with the professionals.

CryptoWill is being designed as a blind technical execution layer. A participating firm retains its own client relationship, evidence process, legal obligations and decision-making.

Proposed operating boundary

Separate judgment from infrastructure.

The final allocation of responsibilities must be agreed with external counsel and each pilot firm. This is a product-design proposal, not a legal conclusion.

Professional firm
  • Own the client engagement and applicable professional duties
  • Define and evaluate the evidence it is prepared to rely on
  • Control its signer wallet and internal authorisation policy
  • Decide whether its authorised signer should approve onchain
CryptoWill
  • Provide the non-custodial interface and published contract logic
  • Display onchain configuration, state and transaction history
  • Apply no discretion to evidence or legal entitlement
  • Hold no private keys, client assets or probate documents

Controlled design-partner process

A pilot begins with rehearsal, not client assets.

Early partners would help validate the signing workflow, information boundaries, failure procedures and client comprehension before production is considered.

  1. 01

Confirm legal and regulatory scope for the firm's intended use

  2. 02

Nominate separate professional and participant test wallets

  3. 03

Review the contract, threat model and operational runbook

  4. 04

Complete the full journey on Sepolia with fictional participants

  5. 05

Document observations before considering any controlled real-value pilot

Current stage

Not yet accepting production cases.

The current POC is suitable for technical and professional feedback using Sepolia test assets. Any broader pilot requires independent audit, legal review and agreed participant controls.
